Fantastic FAMILY resort
spacious suitefull kitchenlazy river
My suite was VERY spacious. It was also clean with a great layout. The full kitchen was a HUGE plus for our family. The water park was definitely the highlight, with a lazy river and slides, providing plenty of FUN. Austin Pier offered a great boat ride and experience.
Check-in took a bit longer than expected.

The resort includes a convenient store on site with many options, although the prices were quite expensive. Restaurants exist a short drive away, about 10 minutes, with more affordable deals and a wider selection. There are few promotions to speak of.

The room provides a washer and dryer. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, plates, cups, and utensils. Views from the rooms extend to the hotel grounds with a nice nature setting.

Fantastic stay!
mickey pancakesequipped apartment
I really enjoyed the proximity to Universal. It allowed us to cook and rest in the room and then return to the park. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Mickey pancakes were a highlight at breakfast. The kids loved them.

The suite felt spacious, offering ample room for everyone in my family. the kitchen had every utensil we needed. the water park provided hours of fun. i appreciated the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. We packed light. i certainly plan to return.

the staff quickly addressed our requests and seemed genuinely kind. they offered prompt assistance, our stay was smooth. the front desk efficiently handled our check-in process, too.

The water park featured multiple slides and pools, offering fun for all ages! the resort also had a well-equipped gym. I found three treadmills and several weight machines. the game center included various arcade games.

our three-bedroom condo included a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances! each bedroom provided comfortable bedding and ample closet space. the bathrooms contained separate sinks. it was very convenient.

My stay had some issues. The kitchen lacked essential items. There was no skillet, and only two pots. The dishwasher did not clean properly. The television also did not work. It displayed an error message (which was annoying).

Parking cost an extra twenty-five dollars per day. The room lacked basic cleaning supplies. A mop was not available. The walk to the pool felt long. About seven minutes through many hallways.
